Soundclash Rekords is an independent record label based in Jakarta, founded in 2015. The label was created with a mission to support and promote the local music scene, particularly focusing on genres that blend the raw energy of reggae with a gritty urban vibe, often referred to as “dirty reggae.” The label is home to the renowned dirty reggae band, D’Jenks, which has gained a dedicated following both locally and internationally.

In addition to supporting D’Jenks, Soundclash Rekords has made significant contributions to the Indonesian music scene. In 2015, they launched a compilation album titled Soundclash Vol.1, which showcased a vibrant collection of Ska-Reggae bands from various cities across Indonesia. This compilation features talents from Surabaya, Jakarta, and Cirebon, celebrating the diverse and lively Ska-Reggae culture in the country.

With a strong commitment to the underground music movement, Soundclash Rekords continues to be a platform for emerging bands that challenge mainstream trends. The label is not only about producing music but also about fostering a community of musicians who share a passion for authentic and rebellious sounds.
